Frequently Asked Questions
Please provide the destination country / city, commodity, number of pieces, weight and dimensions (L × W × H), and whether the goods contain batteries, magnets, liquids or powders. We will recommend a suitable channel and quote based on your cargo.
DDP means we handle both export customs declaration and import customs clearance at destination, with destination duties and VAT included. The consignee does not need to pay taxes or handle clearance separately (some channels have restrictions on cargo value or category; please refer to the specific channel).
You can deliver to our receiving warehouse in Houjie, Dongguan or Bao'an, Shenzhen, or we can arrange pickup. Goods from multiple suppliers can be consolidated free of charge at our warehouse and shipped together.
Yes. Routes to Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and others have channels for battery / sensitive cargo. Please confirm the accepted categories with us before shipping.
Cut-off times vary by route, e.g. 11 AM for Malaysia air freight, 4 PM for Japan air freight and 6 PM for Japan sea freight (Beijing Time). See the Routes page for details.
Yes. Both our Japan air and sea express services handle Amazon FBA inbound shipments, with labeling on request and delivery to the designated fulfillment center.
