Who handles your information
This website is operated by Shenzhen Shenma Fastship Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and its affiliate 广东神马国际供应链有限公司 ("we", "us"), who are responsible for the information you submit.
What we collect
Quote requests: your email address and message, plus the name, company, phone / WeChat and destination you choose to provide.
Recorded automatically on submission: IP address, the country or region derived from it, browser information (user agent) and page language.
If you only browse the site, we collect no personal information and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
To answer your request, send you a quote and arrange shipping.
Your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions and block spam.
Once we have replied to you, your email, name and company are added to our customer contacts for follow-up and occasional news about our routes and rates. Every bulk email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice for one year. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Storage and sharing
Your information is stored in a cloud database provided by Cloudflare, and our replies are sent through Resend. These providers process data only to provide their services to us, and their servers may be located outside mainland China.
We never sell your information or share it with other third parties, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
IP address, country and browser information: deleted automatically 30 days after you submit.
Quote requests: deleted automatically 6 months after you submit.
If we have replied to you, your email, name and company stay in our customer contacts until you ask us to delete them. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you bulk email.
You can ask us to delete any of this sooner by writing to carson@shenmaship.com.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you email. Write to carson@shenmaship.com and we will respond within 3 business days.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
