How much faster is Matson than a standard sailing?

Matson CLX is usually available for pickup in 12–14 calendar days; standard sailings take 25–30. About two weeks faster, which suits sellers who need to restock quickly.

Is there compensation if Matson is late?

Yes. If cargo is not available for pickup within the promised time, we compensate according to our rate sheet. Ask us for the latest rate sheet.

When is the weekly cut-off?

Matson closes every Saturday at 18:00 Beijing Time. Vessel and voyage numbers are in that week's sailing schedule.

Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?

Yes. Sea + express delivery goes to FBA warehouses, commercial addresses and residences.
