How long does air freight from China to Germany take?

Standard air takes 8–14 calendar days from handover to pickup, and fast lines 8–11 days. The express line flies direct from Hong Kong and is picked up 5–8 days after cut-off. Transit times are estimates; actual times may vary.

Can battery products be shipped to Europe by air?

Yes. The battery air line, the express line and the oversized air battery line all take battery products. Please send product details first for power banks, non-standard batteries and energy storage devices.

How is air freight to Europe priced?

Per kg, on the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight, calculated as L × W × H (cm) ÷ 6000; some lines share the volumetric difference 50/50. The minimum is 12 kg per carton. You can work out the volumetric and chargeable weight first with our CBM calculator.

Can I ship without an EU VAT number?

Yes. Choose DDP: we clear customs and pay the duty and import VAT, all included in the freight rate. With EORI and VAT numbers (registered in a country other than Belgium), you can choose VAT deferment for a lower rate.

Can you deliver to a residential address?

Yes. Air freight mainly delivers to Amazon warehouses, overseas warehouses and business addresses; residential addresses cost a surcharge.
