How is oversized cargo charged?

Air freight is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight; sea freight by volume or weight. Send us each piece's dimensions and weight for a quote.

Can you deliver to residential addresses?

Yes. We deliver across Japan to commercial and residential addresses, including Okinawa and Hokkaido.

Can you crate my goods?

Yes. Our warehouse builds wooden crates and palletizes goods to protect precision equipment in transit.

Can you ship devices with built-in batteries?

Yes. Japan air freight has a battery channel. Tell us the battery type and capacity in advance.

Can you ship cargo that does not fit a standard container?

For over-length, over-width or over-height cargo such as large machinery, trailer houses or container houses, send us the size, weight and photos of each piece. We confirm the container type and shipping method that can carry it, then quote.

Beauty Devices, Machinery & Oversized Cargo to Japan

DDP by air or sea, crated or palletized, delivered anywhere in Japan

Beauty devices, machinery and furniture are too big and heavy for parcel services. Our Japan line ships them DDP by air or by sea: air when it is urgent, sea for larger volumes at lower cost.

We run the Japan line ourselves, so booking, customs, duties and last-mile delivery can also be ordered separately. Our warehouse crates, palletizes and loads your cargo, and we deliver it to the door in Japan.

Typical Cargo

Large beauty and aesthetic devices
Machinery, digital signage and displays
Furniture, lighting and building materials
Palletized and crated goods

Air or Sea?

Air: devices of tens to hundreds of kilograms that need to arrive quickly
Sea: pallets, many cartons and furniture; charged by volume, so it costs less
Both are DDP to the door, with no extra tax for the consignee

Compliance Note

Electrical equipment sold in Japan must meet PSE requirements, and beauty devices classed as medical devices may need approval under the PMD Act. Send us the product manual and specifications before shipping and we will confirm the right channel.
